Throughout this course, we will deconstruct and thoroughly examine anatomy, dissecting each section with precision. Our exploration will encompass discussions on origin, insertion, and actions, all seamlessly woven together to emphasize its direct relevance to your Pilates journey.

The Pilates Exercise Families

Ever wonder how the teaser on the reformer, mat, Cadillac or Barrels relate? What does “progression or regression” of an exercise mean? In this course we will review and breakdown the Pilates exercises and group them into “families”. This course will look at all the comprehensive exercises on the mat and equipment and help organize them into the function they serve in your body.
