Lauren Brandt RMT, NPCP is extremely passionate about the human body and the process of helping find balance and ease of movement in all areas of life.

Lauren’s strength lies in her ability to bring humour and compassion to each and every session as well as a strong understanding of human anatomy and movement patterns. Working in both an intuitive and evidence based approach, Lauren believes in using a biopsychosocial model as a lens for addressing the whole person.

Lauren Brandt is a Certified Pilates Teacher since 2001, as well as a Master Trainer and Educator for Balanced Body. Lauren holds certification in the Pilates Method Alliance, The University of Victoria’s Chronic Pain Management, Carolyne Anthony’s Pre-and-Post Natal Pilates specialist, and is a Balanced Body Master Instructor for Pilates, Core Align, and Anatomy in 3D. Lauren holds a certificate in Pain Care Yoga and is currently completing her YTT 200.

Lauren graduated with a diploma in Massage Therapy from Langara College and is licensed with the BC College of Massage Therapy. She currently works with the West Coast College of Massage Therapy as a Clinic Supervisor and Teacher of Spinal Orthopaedics.
